A new crematorium has been built at the Roman Catholic Cemetery St. Barbara in Utrecht. An electric cremation furnace from Crematech was chosen because there was a desire to create a sustainable crematorium. The crematorium is integrated with the historic cemetery and is situated by the water’s edge. It’s a fantastic location and a project that we are also proud of.

The construction is complete, and the crematorium is now operational. The electric cremation furnace has reached temperature, and the first cremations have been carried out. It’s a special moment for everyone who contributed to this beautiful project.
