When you buy a Crematech (electric) cremator, an excellent service and support is part of the deal. First of all we will train you and your staff in the operation of the cremator. We will adjust and fine tune your cremator to minimize energy consumption. We offer quick response in case of possible malfunctions or repairs. En because we can monitor your cremator from a distance, we are always aware of the performance.

We strive to keep your costs per cremation as low as possible. Therefore we will only perform maintenance if necessary. For that reason we highly value the extensive training we give to you and your staff. With the knowledge they gain during this training, most malfunctions can be easily solved.  If you still need our support, we can help from a distance or will visit.
